15 Steps To A Longer Life

Forbes.com has a new list on the 15 things you can do to live a longer life.

You know, whenever I think of how I can live a healthier life, I think of none other than Forbes!

Naturally, rich people care about their health, too.

The list ain't actually that bad. Although it probably doesn't focus nearly enough on good nutrition and the importance of natural foods, it's nice to see a growing awareness in the media about the need for an integrative, mind-body approach to medicine. Among the things on list is not sleeping too much, laughing, having more sex, meditation, and being rich!

Beverage companies agreeing to the deal include Cadbury Schweppes PLC, Coca-Cola Co., PepsiCo Inc. and the ABA.

The news at times can be heartening.
